Service includes

• removal and folding of cover

• remove winter plugs, turn pump on

• flow water through equipment

• test equipment (fire heater, turn valves, etc.)

• check for leaks

• report findings to customer

If equipment is found faulty, and cannot be easily fixed, a service note will be generated and once approved by the customer a service call will be made to fix the issue. Service calls start at  $175.

Additional fees/services

• Pool cover pumping/debris removal $75

• Install non weighted simple ladder (must be fully functioning and able to be locked/removed in a child safe position once installed) $50

• Install drop in weighted steps (large wedding cake style, large ladder style) - this includes 2 weight bags, we will only install ladders with our weight bags:

          $155 - 2 New weight bags and installation

          $75  - Install ladder and reuse our bags from last season

          $40 - Each additional weight bag if needed

• Filter cleaning $90​

• Re-visit due to not being able to open pool $75

• Leave the hard stuff to us! This service is to get your pool sparkling clean and ready to swim with beautiful balanced water! This process will include multiple visits to your pool and may take up to 2 weeks for completion. That said, we regularly finish well before the 2 week mark for non troubled pools. You don't get charged per visit like other companies do, it's one flat rate so you know the cost going in without surprises at the end, no matter how many visits or chemicals it takes to make your pool perfect! Salt not included and billed additionally per bag.
